1. How long have you been listening to Set It Off?

I've been listening to Set It Off since 2014.

2. Where did you discover Set It Off?

Partners In Crime came on my Pandora Radio station, so I started listening to Cinematics because of that. Then I saw them play with We Are The In Crowd, but really got into listening to them more when Duality came out.

3. How has Set It Off affected your life?

I would be a completely different person without this band. Set It Off introduced me to my best friends- my second family, really. Their music has gotten me through some of the most difficult times of my life, but also through some of the best. Set It Off has taught me that it's okay to feel sad, that's it's okay to get angry, but also that there's always better things ahead.

4. What was the best Set It Off show you’ve ever been to & why?

I think my favorite would have to be the Jacksonville date of the Welcome to Elsewhere 1.5 tour. I took a roadtrip with my friends to get there, which was about 9 hours of driving across 2 days. The show was at a small venue, so it felt very intimate and I made a lot of great friends with everyone in the crowd around me. But the best part about the show for me, besides getting to hear some Elsewhere songs live for the first time, was that with some help from my friends I finally got to give the guys a letter that I had written years ago. It was a letter thanking them for the ways the band and their music has impacted my life. I have such great memories of that show, and would relive it a million times over if I could.

5. If you could give Set It Off a message - what would it be?

I've said it more times than I can count, but thank you guys for continuing to make music and share that with us. Thank you for showing me how to believe in myself, for inspiring me creatively as a musician, and for introducing me to some of my best friends. You guys have seriously changed my life in so many ways and I will forever be grateful for that. 

Thank you for giving me a reason to be able to say that, but also for doing that for so many other people. You are "that band" that so many people look up to as artists and as people, and your music means so much to so many of us. The success so far with Elsewhere is beyond well deserved and long overdue for you guys. This is only the beginning, and I'm so excited to see what's next for y'all!

6. What’s your favorite Set It Off song?

Tomorrow. I cannot begin to explain how much that song means to me. I love the parellels between Tomorrow and Dream Catcher from a musical perspective. But also, personally, for a long time I was someone who would get really stuck on everything that was going wrong for me and struggled to see how things would get better. This song made me realize that no situation is permanent, and that it might take a few months or even a few years, but things will always get better.

7. Any requests/ideas/feedback on the fan club?

I know it's still pretty early on, but so far I think it's great. Of course more content and stuff will come with time but, I've loved getting to hear the demos and see the behind the scenes content from the music videos!
